This is a general frustration for me and a couple of friends of mine whether japanese Bioinformatics server ever work for outsiders? I am not puting the famous servers into these categories but a few examples are

You can trust Japanese I.T. specialists to create the most amazing technology to help make lives easier. Of course, Japan is one of the top I.T. nations in the world so it's not that surprising.
